    Trident T117-13

    Advanced Rocketry Group Trident T117-13

The ARG Trident is a flying model based on the EnerJet 2250 sounding rocket originally produced in 1972 and designed by Larry Brown. This model flies on a cluster of three 13mm motors.

The Trident kit comes with laser-cut plywood centering rings and fins, water-slide decals, and a 15" plastic parachute kit.

This rocket must be launched from a 3/16" launch rod.

Kappa-9M (24mm or 3x18mm Cluster) Model Rocket Kit

Aerospace Speciality Products Kappa-9M (24mm or 3x18mm Cluster) Model Rocket Kit

The Kappa 9M is a two-stage Japanese sounding rocket. The first Kappa 9M (K-9M-1) was flown on November 12, 1962.

Impressive on display as well as in the air, this kit features basswood fins, a balsa nose cone, and balsa transition, and decal. This big (over 3 1/2 feet tall) model is a can be built to fly on a cluster of three 18mm motors or a single 24mm motor.

    Landviper Model Rocket Kit

Custom Rocket Landviper Model Rocket Kit

The Landviper is a big, three-engine cluster rocket. The kit features a blow-molded plastic nose cone, six die-cut balsa fins, an 18" parachute, self-adhesive decals, and complete cluster instructions.

    Deuce's Wild Model Rocket Kit

FlisKits Deuce's Wild Model Rocket Kit

The Deuce's Wild is a two-motor cluster rocket with a twist ... or a tilt.  The two motor tubes are canted producing an exciting smoke trail as the rocket flies into the sky.

Although, it's important that the two motors light at the same time for the rocket to fly well, FlisKits has designed the Deuce's Wild with safety in mind.  The motors are angled so that the thrust line of each motor is aligned with the Center of Gravity of the rocket.  What this means is, if the motors don't light at exactly the same time, or one motor fails to light, the Deuce's Wild will still tend to fly straight.

    Diminutive Deuce Model Rocket Kit

FlisKits Diminutive Deuce Model Rocket Kit

FlisKits has produced a MicroMaxx version of their popular canted-motor Deuces Wild.  The tiny Diminutive Deuce flies on a cluster of two MicroMaxx motors.

    Tres Model Rocket Kit

    FlisKits Tres Model Rocket Kit

The Tres model rocket kit is the long awaited cousin to the FlisKit's Deuce's Wild.  The Tres flies on a three-canted motor cluster. Standing nearly 3 1/2 feet tall and sporting an exciting arrangement of large fins, this model stands out from the rest even before you launch it.

The kit includes a report on clustering techniques as well as detailed information on how to hook up this most unusual cluster for outstanding flights.

    Cerberus Model Rocket Kit

    Rocketarium Cerberus Model Rocket Kit

Rocketarium's Cerberus provides a good introduction to the fun and excitement of clustering. Featuring a stylish split-fin design, the Cerberus flies on a cluster of three A to C motors. The Cerberus stands nearly three feet tall and includes large self-adhesive decals and parachute kit for recovery.

The included decals show the Cerberus logo. The three bands below the nose cone were painted. No engine hooks are provided with this kit, as there's no room for them. The motors are friction-fit.

    Gadfly Missile Model Rocket Kit

Rocketarium Gadfly Missile Model Rocket Kit

Rocketarium's Gadfly is a scale model of the Soviet SA-11 radar-guided surface-to-air missile introduced in the 1980s.

The Gadfly military scale rocket kit flies on a cluster of three 18mm rocket engines. The large forward fins are created by gluing two shorter fin sections together. The fin sections and fins themselves are pre-cut.

    KSR-420S Scale Model Rocket Kit

Rocketarium KSR-420S Scale Model Rocket Kit

The KSR-420S Sounding Rocket is a Korean sounding rocket once used to gather data on ozone concentration over the Korean peninsula. The KSR-420S also carried a highly-specialized device to measure micro gravity. In somewhat less peaceful times, the KSR-420S could be modified to carry a 200kg destructive payload over a considerable distance.

This sport-scale model of the KSR-420S flies on a cluster of three 18mm model rocket motors As a Skill Level 2 kit, the KSR-420S is easy to build. This makes it a great choice for rocketeers new to clustering.

VK-7 Sounding Rocket Model Rocket Kit

Rocketarium VK-7 Sounding Rocket Model Rocket Kit

Rocketarium's Viking 7 is a sport scale model of the The Viking sounding rocket family which was developed by the US to provide a better research vehicle than the German V2. In the 1950's, several of the Viking rockets were designed and flown by the US Navy. As part of a scientific mission, the Viking 7 climbed to 136 miles, and beat the altitude record of the V2.

Rocketarium's model flies on a cluster of two model rocket motors. Decals are included for the black, and white, lettering on the model rocket.
