This Super Chief II sounding rocket combined the Talos booster and Castor sustainer to reach altitudes up to 190 miles. The rocket gathered data on daytime air glow from high altitudes.
Rocketarium's sport-scale model of the Super Chief II also has two stages. It stages from a D motor to a B or C motor. The kit includes wrap-around bands, hatches, and decals to give it the right level of detail.
