Testors Decal Setting Solution aids the application of decals. It allows you to move the decal after you have applied it to the surface so that you can set and place the decals in the desired position. The solution helps the decal conform to irregular surfaces, even over panel lines and protrusions.
Apply decals to model as directed in instructions. Blot dry decal with soft cloth pressing out air bubbles. Apply Decal Setting Solution with a small paintbrush Let dry. You may reapply, if necessary, until the desired result is obtained.
This solution also helps you remove decals. Apply liberally over the decal and let it soak in for a few minutes. Once the decal softens, remove it.
