NEFAR Half-Blast – April 22 and 23, 2017

We’ll be at the NEFAR launch this weekend, April 22 and 23, in Bunnell, Florida. The “Half-Blast” is a two-day TRA Research Launch. Normally NEFAR’s launches are held the second Saturday of each month. Due to conflicts with other events, however, this month’s launch date has been moved.

We will have a selection of rocket kits as well as supplies and accessories including motors. In addition to Estes and Aerotech model rocket motors, we have some of Aerotech’s high-power DMS (single-use) motors for sale.

 

 

GRITS Winternationals – February 27 – March 1, 2015

GRITS LaunchWe’ll be at the GRITS Winternationals launch near Tifton, Georgia, from February 27 to March 1.

  • LOCATION: The Gaskins Farm near Nashville, GA
  • DATES: February 27 – March 1 (TRA Research sanctioned all 3 days; NAR flyers welcomed)
  • TIMES: 10am to 6pm all three days.
  • WAIVER: 20,000 ft. MSL (19750 ft. AGL)
  • MOTOR SUPPORT: Anything from 1/8A up to N

We attend the ROCK launches in Oviedo, FL; the NEFAR launches in Bunnell, FL; and the TTRA launches in Plant City, FL. Since, we’re not able to attend all of the launches, please Contact Us if there’s something you need from us at a specfic launch.

We stock a collection of rocketry supplies including single-use motors, igniters, small parachutes, and other things you may need on-site. We don’t generally bring kits or parts to launches. Be sure to Contact Us before the launch if you’d like us to bring anything special.

We accept cash and major credit cards at launches.
